The Spot is located on the shores of Wood Lake, in the Lake Country area of the Okanagan, approximately 12 kilometers north of Kelowna. Only 10 minutes from the Kelowna International Airport, the Spot is close to many tourist attractions. Located in the town of Winfield, a regional park, store and restaurant are within walking distance.
Full amenities are also available within a five-minute drive including supermarkets, shopping, liquor store and many restaurants. Kalamalka Lake is accessible by canal, providing pristine lakes all the way to Vernon.

Description
The Spot is located on 4½ acres with over 350 feet of lakeshore. The property is shared by twelve other owners and features a very private setting with flat meticulously groomed lawns, a shared dock for temporary mooring, and clean beach.
The cottage rental is located in the corner of the property on the waterfront (approx 15 feet from the beach). Boat launch, watercraft rentals and pub/restaurant facilities are located just over a kilometer away.
Amenities
Constructed in 1998 the cottage is fully self-contained split-level design featuring solid pine construction. There is a small bedroom on the main level with a master bedroom in a loft area. There are two double beds, a pull out couch and extra room in the loft area for small children only.- 2 bedroom (2 double beds)
- 1 - 3pc bathroom with tub/shower
- All bedding provided including kitchen and bath towels - please bring own beach towels
- Washer & Dryer (no housekeeping)
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster kettle/teapot
- TV with cable/VCR
- Propane BBQ
- Parking for 2 cars
- Buoy for overnight boat mooring
Rates & Terms:
September to June - $150 per day
July and August - $200 per day
Deposit: 50% on booking, balance due upon arrival .
High season rates apply until after
the Labour Day Weekend.
Special Conditions:
• No smoking in the cabin
• Absolutely no pets
• No telephone
• Security Deposit: $500.00
• No housekeeping
• Fires in designated pit only - no fires on beach
• It is the renter's responsibility to ensure the cottage is clean at the end of the rental period.
• As this cabin is directly on the beach, children must be supervised at all times and life jackets are recommended for small
children.
